What counts as one "analysis"?
One analysis is one uploaded file — one image, one video clip, or one audio file — run through the pipeline once. Re-running the same file counts as a new analysis.
What happens if we go over our monthly limit?
Team plans can purchase additional analysis blocks at a fixed per-unit rate, or upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited volume. We'll never silently cut off access mid-cycle.
Is there a contract or can we cancel anytime?
Pilot and Team plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Enterprise contracts are typically annual with SLA terms negotiated directly with our team.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or newsrooms?
